I’m a service designer and design strategist, focused on innovation and social impact, combined with considerable experience of product development.

 

I want design to be more than just about making shiny things, because I believe in it’s potential to create positive change through well considered services, products, policy and culture.

 

I have many years of experience helping people, teams and organisations engage in meaningful design-thinking practice and have worked across different sectors, including charities, government departments and international companies.

I have a passion for working collaboratively with teams and leaders to enhance beneficial ways of working, bring team dynamics to life and develop human-centred approaches based on insight, culminating in impactful design solutions.

I come from a background in visual design and employ inclusive storytelling techniques to demystify complexity while exploring innovative human and planet focused design strategies.
